  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Fresh lemon juice is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon honey or stevia Optional sweetener; use stevia for low-calorie option.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger Fresh ginger can be used for more flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Making the Drink

  • In a glass, combine the water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey (if using), ground ginger, and cinnamon.
  • Stir well until the honey dissolves completely.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  • Drink this mixture once daily to help support your weight loss goals.

Notes

Serve at room temperature or slightly warm before a meal. Make fresh each day for best taste. If storing, keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Stir well before drinking.
