  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp chopped mint
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by slicing the watermelon into small cubes. Cut the cucumber into quarters and slice the red onion into thin strips.
  • Crumble the feta cheese and set all ingredients aside.

Making the Dressing
