Preparation

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes to prevent clumps.
  • Mash or blend the raspberries for a smooth or slightly chunky texture, depending on your preference.
  • Layer the chia pudding and mashed raspberries in serving glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries or mint leaves and serve chilled.
