  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon honey Use hot honey for extra flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust according to preferred spice level.

Garnish

  • Hot honey, for drizzling Drizzle over the topped crostini.
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme or parsley) for garnish Use fresh herbs of choice.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, honey, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.

Cooking

  • Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Spread the whipped feta mixture generously on each toasted slice.
  • Drizzle hot honey over the topped crostini.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store whipped feta mixture in an airtight container. For a creamier texture, add more cream cheese or olive oil. Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes for spice preferences.
