Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
Layering
In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with whipped topping until smooth.
Spread the mixture over the cooled crust. Layer the sliced strawberries on top.
Drizzle strawberry jam over the strawberries.
Chilling
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, enjoyed with vanilla ice cream or additional whipped topping. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
