  • 1 scoop protein powder Whey, pea, or soy protein
  • 1 cup almond milk Or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional for sweetness
  • to taste cups ice cubes Optional for chilling

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, protein powder, and almond milk.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • If desired, add honey and blend again.
  • For a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes
