Instructions
Preparation
Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the steak pieces, season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the broccoli. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add the mushrooms and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the vegetables.
Add the cooked linguine and toss everything together over medium heat.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and mix until well combined.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use a cast-iron skillet for better searing of the steak. Experiment with different vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for variety. Make sure to not overcook the broccoli to retain its crispness.
