  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Sauté until fragrant.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust based on your salt preference.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to preference.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Toss in the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the asparagus and mushrooms, stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles.

Notes

To store leftovers, allow the stir-fry to cool completely, then transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to three days. Reheat but note that vegetables may lose some crispness. For added flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice at the end.
