Preparation
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes each side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Cooking
In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Stir well to combine.
Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for about 5 minutes, or until cooked through.

Notes
