Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until they turn brown, about 7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add the shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir these ingredients well.
Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes until the cabbage becomes tender.
Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Serve warm, either alone or with a light salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dish reheats well.
