Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the vegetables are well coated.
  • Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the bowl with the vegetables.

Cooking

  • Place the mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer for optimal cooking.
  • Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once the sausage is browned and cooked through, remove from the air fryer.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can serve this dish over rice or pasta for a heartier meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat using the air fryer or microwave.
