Preparation

  • Blend the pineapple chunks in a blender until smooth.
  • Strain the blended pineapple through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the pulp.
  • Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pineapple juice in the pitcher.
  • Mix in the sugar or honey, stirring until completely dissolved.
  • Pour in the cold water and stir well to combine.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  • Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
