Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and then press into the Parmesan mixture until fully coated.
Cooking
On a large sheet pan, arrange the halved baby potatoes and green beans. Drizzle with olive oil and garlic, then season with salt and pepper.
Place the coated chicken breasts on the same sheet pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the vegetables are tender.
