Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Plus extra for drizzling
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  • Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and then press into the Parmesan mixture until fully coated.

Cooking

  • On a large sheet pan, arrange the halved baby potatoes and green beans. Drizzle with olive oil and garlic, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on the same sheet pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Best served right out of the oven. For extra flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs on top or add a wedge of lemon.
