Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Coat each chicken breast in dill pickle ranch dressing.
  • In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs together.
  • Dip the coated chicken breasts into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.

Cooking

  • Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet if using the oven.
  • Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes or bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
