Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
