Ingredients

For the Rolls

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls Soft and sweet rolls.
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese Use block cheese for the best melt.
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Softened, for spreading.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Adds flavor to the rolls.
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Butter the cut sides of the rolls, then sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
  • Layer cheddar cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Place the top halves back on and butter them as well.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Best served warm with tomato soup or a favorite dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze individually wrapped for up to a month.
