Ingredients

For the pizza base

  • 1 tube Crescent Roll Dough Can substitute with homemade pizza dough.

For the toppings

  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Can substitute with pizza sauce or pesto.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Other cheeses can be used for varying flavors.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Can use assorted veggies for vegetarian option.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Press each triangle into a muffin cup, making sure the dough covers the bottom and sides.
  • Add a spoonful of marinara sauce to each dough-lined cup.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Place several pieces of pepperoni or your choice of toppings on top of the cheese.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve mini pizzas warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Add fresh toppings like basil or parsley for extra flavor. To store leftovers, cool completely and place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
