2cupsfresh spinach, chopped
1cupfeta cheese, crumbled
1/2cuponion, finely chopped
2clovesgarlic, minced

1teaspoondried oregano

Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter.
Layer another sheet of phyllo on top and repeat the brushing.
Place a spoonful of the spinach and feta filling at one end of the phyllo, fold the sides in, and roll tightly to form a crisp.
Repeat with remaining phyllo and filling.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with butter.
