  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, sliced zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and minced garlic.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything until well coated.
  • Spread the mixture in a baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle feta cheese on top before serving.

Notes

For even cooking, cut chicken and vegetables into similar sizes. Customize with additional vegetables like bell peppers or spinach. For a briny kick, add olives. Marinate chicken overnight for extra flavor.
