Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Season the chicken tenders with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken tenders to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  • Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Store leftover chicken tenders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can be reheated on the stovetop or in the microwave. For freezing, do so within a couple of hours after cooking and consume within two months.
