Instructions
Cooking the Soup
In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add onions and garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
Add the diced potatoes, chicken broth, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
