  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For the marinade.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Drizzle before serving.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix mustard, minced garlic, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the mixture over the lamb chops.

Cooking

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Transfer the seared lamb chops to the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
