Instructions
Cooking
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and ground ginger. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve beef mixture over cooked rice.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the beef mixture separately from rice.
