  • 1.5 cups full-fat milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar

Preparation

  • Peel and cut the mangoes. Reserve a few small cubes for garnish.
  • In a blender, combine 1 ½ mangoes with sugar and blend until smooth.

Assembly

  • Add a few mango cubes to each large glass, pour in the purée, then top with cold milk. Stir lightly for a beautiful marbled effect.

Serving

  • Add ice cubes if desired and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Pro Tips: Try almond, oat, or coconut milk for a dairy-free twist. Prepare the mango purée in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 2 days. For an extra indulgent treat, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
