  • 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or cheese of choice) Provolone cheese gives the traditional flavor, but feel free to use cheddar or mozzarella.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to personal preference.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart.
  • Add diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet, cooking until they are soft.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Once the beef and vegetables are cooked, remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted.
  • Using keto-friendly wraps or chaffles, place a portion of the beef mixture onto each wrap and roll them up.
  • Optionally, place the rolls in a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to crisp the outside.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with different cheese types for varied flavors, such as cheddar or mozzarella. You can add mushrooms for an extra layer of taste. Store any leftover rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
