  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Drizzle on top before baking.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
