  • 3 large large eggs
  • 3 ounces cream cheese Make sure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the egg whites and yolks into two different bowls.
  • In the bowl with egg yolks, add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  • In the bowl with egg whites, add the cream of tartar and whip until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in round shapes.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover Keto Cloud Bread in an airtight container in your refrigerator for about 3 to 4 days. You can also freeze the rolls for up to a month, ensuring they are wrapped tightly to avoid freezer burn. Feel free to experiment with flavors by adding shredded cheese or herbs into the batter.
