Lightly coat a pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil.
Shape the pizza dough into a circle about 10 inches in diameter and place it on a pan lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the soften cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving about a 3/4-1 inch border around the edges.
Topping and Baking
Add mozzarella cheese slices over the cream cheese layer, then sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top.
Arrange the jalapeño slices on the cheese to your liking.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.
Once cooked, you can top with chives or any other toppings of your choice.
Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best taste. For extra heat, keep some jalapeño seeds in the mix. Try adding bacon bits for a smoky flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
