Ingredients

For the bruschetta

  • 1 piece French baguette or Italian bread
  • 2 cups fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 2 cups tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and place on a baking sheet.
