Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the sweet potatoes are well coated.
  • Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Cut the honey garlic sausages into bite-sized pieces and scatter them over the sweet potatoes.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sausages are browned, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot!

Notes

To store leftovers, place the dish in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving again. For crispier sweet potatoes, leave them in the oven a little longer. Consider adding other vegetables for more flavor.
