wild blueberries
Use fresh or frozen blueberries

fresh ginger, peeled and grated
Grate fresh ginger for better flavor

honey
Adjust sweetness to taste

Juice of 1
lemon

Adds extra flavor if desired
Instructions
Preparation
In a blender, combine wild blueberries, grated ginger, honey, and water.
Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a glass.
If desired, add lemon juice for extra flavor.
Serving
Serve immediately as shots, or pour into ice cube trays for later use.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays.
