  • 2 cloves garlic, grated or pressed Freshly grated provides a better flavor than garlic powder.
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup extra light olive oil Whisk in slowly for emulsion.
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese Use high-quality cheese for best flavor.

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • While whisking vigorously, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Continue whisking until well incorporated.
  • Add parmesan cheese and whisk to combine.
  • Transfer to a mason jar, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Store your dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. If it thickens, whisk in a bit of water or extra lemon juice to adjust consistency. Feel free to experiment with flavors by adding herbs or spices.
