diced tomatoes
Can use seasoned or plain.

potatoes, sliced
Any type of potatoes can be used.

shredded cheese (optional)
For topping if desired.
Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion until the beef is cooked through and the onion is translucent.
Add the green beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and sliced potatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
Baking
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
Serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to swap out the vegetables based on what you have on hand. Great for using leftovers!
