Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water Ensure it's warm to the touch but not scalding.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Toppings

  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  • In another bowl, combine olive oil, warm water, minced garlic, rosemary, and black pepper.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of each muffin.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For longer storage, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
