Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the asparagus and trim the ends.
  • Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss to coat evenly.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until tender.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Serve warm, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Store leftover asparagus in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes. Can also be enjoyed cold.
