  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves Gently torn into smaller pieces.

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Use high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • Wash the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes. Cube the mozzarella cheese.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and cubed mozzarella.

Dressing
