Ingredients

For the filling

  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the rolls

  • 8 sheets phyllo pastry Keep covered to prevent drying out.
  • Olive oil for brushing Use generously for a crispy finish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the crumbled feta, cream cheese, parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Place another sheet on top and repeat the brushing process.
  • Spoon a portion of the feta mixture along one edge of the phyllo, then roll tightly.
  • Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with more olive oil.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • In a small saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce and honey; heat until mixed.
  • Drizzle the sweet and spicy chili honey over the baked rolls before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with additional sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce. Store leftover rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
