Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients: orange juice, vanilla yogurt, frozen banana, milk, vanilla extract, and optional honey or ice cubes.
  • In a blender, combine the orange juice and vanilla yogurt, then add the frozen banana.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed until it is smooth and creamy, usually around 30 seconds to a minute.
  • If desired, add honey or maple syrup and blend again. For a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint if desired.

Notes
