  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Other low-carb veggies like spinach or cauliflower can be used.
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning as desired.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken, broccoli, and cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, warm it in the oven or microwave. Can be frozen for up to two months.
