  • cup cooked and crumbled bacon Provides extra flavor and texture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheeses if desired.

  • Lettuce Fresh leaves for added crispness.
  • Tomato Sliced, for topping.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined, but don’t overmix to avoid tough burgers.
  • Form the mixture into 6 hamburger patties of the same size and thickness, pressing a small dimple in the center of each.

Cooking

  • Grill the patties on medium heat to your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check temperatures (130-135°F for medium-rare, 140-145°F for medium, 160°F for well-done).
  • Serve the burgers on hamburger buns topped with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo. Customize with other toppings like pickles or onions.

Notes
