Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly spray a 9-inch baking dish with oil.
  • Blend eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Stir in grated cheese and any additional fillings.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes until set and golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. For longer storage, freeze individual slices for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through.
