  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For sautéing.
  • 1 cup beef broth Adjust based on desired moisture level.
  • to taste Salt Season according to preference.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust as needed.
  • for garnish Fresh parsley Use as a finishing touch.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onions and garlic, sautéing until they become translucent.
  • Add the diced corned beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in the carrots and cabbage, mixing well to combine.
  • Pour in the beef broth and cover the skillet.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave. Optionally customize with potatoes or different spices.
