  • 2 cups frozen peas Thaw before mixing
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Use high-quality mayonnaise for better taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adjust based on taste
  • to taste salt and pepper Season to preferred taste
  • to taste fresh herbs (parsley or dill) For garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the frozen peas, chopped celery, diced red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to three days. Add fresh herbs just before serving to retain their vibrant color and flavor.
