Preparation
Make sure the strawberries are fully cleaned and dried. Moisture can prevent the chocolate from adhering properly.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth and melted.
Dipping
Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coating. Let excess chocolate drip off before placing it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill the strawberries in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes to let the chocolate set.
Finishing Touches
Once the semi-sweet chocolate has hardened, melt the white chocolate in a similar manner.
