  • 1/2 cup Milk Can use vegetable broth for a vegetarian option
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste

Instructions

Marination and Baking

  • Marinate the chicken thighs in chipotle honey sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until juicy and caramelized.

Preparing Mashed Potatoes

  • Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender.
  • Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter, milk, smoked gouda cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy.
