Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Layer zucchini slices in a greased baking dish, pouring the cream mixture over each layer and sprinkling with cheeses in between.
Add breadcrumbs on top if desired.
