Cheese Sauce

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese

Optional Side

  • 2 cups Broccoli Steamed (optional)
  • 1 whole Lemon For serving

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat chicken breasts with the mixture.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  • If using, steam broccoli during the chicken's cooking time.
  • For the creamy sauce, mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese in a saucepan over low heat until melted.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken with cheese sauce on top, alongside broccoli if desired. Garnish with fresh lemon juice.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the spice mixture for an hour before baking. Use different cheeses for variety, and experiment with spices like Italian seasoning or cayenne pepper.
