Carnivore Chicken Salad

Ingredients

For the salad

  • 1 can Canned Chicken Drained and shredded
  • 1.5 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded Can substitute with any cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Sour Cream Adjust based on creaminess preference
  • 1-2 Tbsp Mayonnaise Adjust based on creaminess preference
  • to taste Garlic Freshly minced or powder
  • to taste Black Pepper Freshly cracked preferred
  • 3-4 slices Bacon, sliced Cooked and chopped
  • Parsley or dill for garnishing Optional, for freshness

Instructions

Preparation

  • Open and drain the canned chicken.
  • Transfer the chicken to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise and sour cream to the bowl.
  • Sprinkle in your desired seasonings, including black pepper and garlic.
  • Mix the chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, and seasonings thoroughly.
  • Chop the bacon into pieces.
  • Add the chopped bacon and shredded cheese to the bowl.
  • Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Notes

Serve your salad on plates or in bowls and garnish with herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Experiment with different cheeses or include pickles for added crunch.
