Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
  • Toss the cooked rigatoni in the sauce, then add the steak tips back into the skillet.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
