Boiling the Eggs
In a pot, cover the eggs with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10–12 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the stick of unsalted butter until it foams slightly.
Add sliced onions to the melted butter and cook until soft and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic, garlic paste, and all dry seasonings. Mix well until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
Pour in vegetable broth, stir, and let simmer for about 5 minutes to meld flavors.
Combining and Serving
Place peeled boiled eggs in a bowl and pour the hot spicy garlic butter sauce over them. Serve immediately warm, or let chill in the refrigerator.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider garnishing with chopped parsley or additional red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days, reheating the sauce before serving.
